Great place to stay in a perfect location!

Smart and well presented with a relaxed style. Helpful staff. Very good value. Location is great for getting to the major sites and close to metro.

1. Glass door to the main entrance was smashed  2. No clear directions to the reception area. The alternative entrance was very dirty, poorly lighted, and had a lot of steps. Not accessible. 3. Front desk staff rude & unfriendly. 4. Did not help us with our luggage  5. No room service at all. Staff is also not available at all after office hours. 6. No clean towels available after check-in h 7. No contact numbers left the reception desk for us to call for assistance after office hours  8. Water pressure is not good. 9. Sink choked 10. The air conditioning is very poor. This is similar to what other reviewers mentioned.

Well located and brilliant reception staff. Helpful with storing luggage. Air con not good enough to cool room so thermostat showed was 26 degrees overnight and sleep wasn’t great. Construction work currently at hotel which means entrance impacted and some noise.

Great place with a very friendly staff. The hotel location is perfect, many tourists attractions can be done by walking, many restaurants and cafes around and subway station is also available nearby. The fact they have an expresso coffee machine available and refrigerator for guest to use 24 hours is a plus. I definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is adorable and the staff are super kind and helpful. Excellent location in Madrid and they provided coffee.

Fab hotel, great location and staff were amazing :)

Great location. Room was clean with a nice shower and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the AC and fan did not work at night so the room was quite hot. And there was no staff available to help between 10 pm and 10 am. Nice kitchen with complimentary coffee and good selection of teas.

The construction and street blocking nearby was inconvenient and unattractive. But the stay was very good.

An excellent and very central option; you can walk everywhere.

Great staff service and very clean comfortable room. We would definitely come back.

Staff were very friendly. Nice little common area with complimentary tea and coffee. Convenient location. Unfortunately the soundproofing is pretty bad, we could hear everything going on outside the room. WiFi doesn't work in the room that we were staying in, had to go outside for it to work which is a shame.

Very clean and looks freshly decorated. Excellent size room for our king bed. Excellent friendly staff. Good location to walk everywhere.

Great place to stay! Near everywhere yet tucked away from the loud noise! Staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations. Clean. Safe. Loved it.
