Check in staff was lovely. Accommodation very basic as expected. Very very warm room, only a ceiling fan is available, and window can't really be left open at night as located on a very busy road.

Very helpful friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Good location if you are cycling and want to head out of Santander to the south

Friendly hostal, comfortable bed, good bathroom,although furnishings seem quite improvised. Good value, although not close to the centre.

Convenient for the airport but that’s about it. Receptionists don’t speak a word of English, we asked for a family room a double and a double with single occupancy bug ended up with 3 doubles which didn’t work for us.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights after completing a section of the Camino Norte. The property was conveniently priced and located. We enjoyed our stay here.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The location was good and, although not next to it, the old town was very walkable from the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues.

Lady who helped us check in was absolutely lovely. Room was small but very neat and clean.

Although check in seemed a little confusing at first - You just need to go to the first floor and knock one of the two doors that open to reception eventually. After that it was quite easy to check in. The place was very clean it was reasonably priced and the people they were very friendly. There was a salon where you could make tea / coffee heat up meals in the microwave if you wish and a a table to sit at with cutlery plates et cetera provided.

Very very expensive €80 for a small double bed for 1 night. No air con and it was 30* all day so the room was way too hot all night to sleep. Neon signs outside window lighting up room, really noisy main road outside and uncomfortable bed. The room was very small too. We felt totally ripped off.

Staff are very helpful and friendly! And near the port where you can have fresh seafood!

One of the best I've stayed in anywhere!fantastic room!bit noisy!with busy street outside!but no problem for me!coffee nepresso in room!plus small kitchen on landing!Great shoer !always hot!staff again excellent and extremely efficient!especially nicky!!top lady!plus other lady who i didn't hear her name!Thanks for a fantastic 5days!highly recommended!

A basic hotel room. A view of the port. Very noisy with the window open. Useful kitchen for guests to use. Microwave and coffee maker.

This was a brilliant place, I think really highly of it, friendly staff. Clean tidy and comfortable rooms, we stayed here four nights Loved the place

Reception service was very helpful, smiley. You just drop your key at noon for checkout in post box. It s in city centre with sea just in front of you. You have fridge kettle and 0.50 cent nescafe espresso coffee machine. Housekeeping excellent, helpful people.

Super friendly staff, ice cold drinks available at reception, 50cents coffee machine in a living room with microwave, fully equipped en suite rooms with fridge, excellent.

Un calor terrible en la habitación. Sólo hay un ventilador que no se puede dejar a la noche porque hace mucho ruido.
