Both vending machines out of order the whole time we were there...very basic stay for truckers really, doesn't give you that impression when booking ..makes it look new and doesn't show the rock hard basic bed inside a tiny room...crazy considering the cost...whether that's due to San Fermin festival or what, I don't know....but paying 200 euro now to stay in Zleep Madrid and it's like I've stepped into another world!! Lesson learned!

We used this hotel for a quick overnight stop on our way to Southern Spain. It was perfect for this purpose as it was easy to find & park. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there’s a cafe/restaurant across the car park which was more than adequate for a quick supper. The hotel itself was quiet. Although obviously aging, all the facilities worked and we had a good night’s sleep. The reception staff were pleasant & helpful.

Great location for transit. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Restaurant near by. A bit noisy in the night with people coming and going. Apart from that it was excellent value

No Air Conditioner

The car park does not belong to the hotel. There are people living in their cars, cars with no number plates and an abandoned trailer. There is perpetually a group of surly looking smokers seated on the steps at the entrance to the lobby, giving guests the 'you're in our hood' looks. There is no food available in the hotel except from a vending machine and a cafeteria 200 meters away. The other guests think it's ok to talk loudly (full conversation not just passing the room) until 00:45 in the morning. However, nice bathtub

Scruffy rooms could do with a refresh. Bed not comfy at all. Easy parking and access to motorway

The property is clean and in a safe area. Friendly staff and comfortable room for the price.

Great location for motorway

Awful stay , no hot water at all in the evening in any room , reception staff very lax attitude towards the problem as if they didn’t care , bed was hard as nails , completely dissatisfied and expect a complete refund after riding a motorcycle for twelve hours and not be able to shower and get a good nights rest is totally unacceptable, surprised at Hotels .com as never had a problem before .

This is a clean and safe property. Staff was efficient and friendly. No bedside outlets, REALLY? Terribly uncomfortable bed. Maybe the most dangerously slippery tub I have ever showered in. Served as a rest stop, and functioned well in that capacity.

A bar and somewhere to eat would be an improvement
