Smelled of smoking in entire place. Breakfast included was bad. Only coffee was good and breakfast options were terrible. Should have staff can understand English

Good service, extra pillow provided, warmup our food, understands English. Room has heater with extra blanket. Close to highway.

It’s right next to the highway, and incredibly noisy during 00:00 to 04:00 for some reason. Bedsheets are like paper sand and for a double bed there was only one long pillow, what’s was that about? Breakfast is super limited, so keep in mind. Just avoid unless you really need a place to crash for the night.

Stayed here for 1 night as I was driving from South of Spain to North of France and it was the closest hotel to where I was. Ok. Where to start. It’s pretty much a motorway service area hotel. Very noisy as it’s on the main road. The staff are very lovely but unfortunately speak absolutely no English and I speak no Spanish so Google Translate was used for our dialogue. The room was basic - they give you a room key and a TV remote and a A/C remote at the reception desk (it’s one of those places!). The room was freezing and it took ages for the a/c unit to heat up the room. There was no shower screen so had to shower whilst sat in the bath. On a plus though, the water feels like it’s boiled from the core of the Earth. It’s Boiling!! If you’re lucky to look over the mountains rather than the petrol station, you will have beautiful views of the snow capped mountains. Plenty of parking for any size vehicle inc HGV’s etc. In short, it’s an ok place to get your head down for the night. You get what you pay for I guess!

Not Expected although booked with you. Found room cold & heating didn’t work. Although snow outside. Woman who received us at the hotel did not know how to work heating system tried 4 rooms before there was a glimmers of heat Demaned immediate payment for dog after paying for the room. Not friendly atmosphere.Traffic noise horrendous. Window was faulty resulting in a blast of cold air all night .Bath chipped & no plug. Arrived late which was the only factor stopping us finding elsewhere. Wouldn’t stop again if I was paid to do so.

Habitación con mucho ruido, lo bueno es que estaban limpian las sábanas, pero baño regular, lo peor los colchones, imposible descansar

Fue una estadía exprés, así que nos fue muy bien el lugar porque nos pilló de camino, y aunque llegamos justo a las 12 de la noche, pudimos comer algo, eso fue un punto más.

Instalaciones bastantes obsoletas

Genial para pasar la noche descansar un poco y continuar ruta , limpito y 24h. buena tostada en el desayuno tomatito jamón.

Después de tener la reserva realizada con una semana de antelación cuando llegamos nos dijeron que estaba cerrado, que no tenían ninguna disponibilidad, les enseñamos la reserva y nos comunicaron que daba igual que no tenían disponibilidad. Nos quedamos colgados a las 20.00h. buscando otro alojamiento a última hora.

Limpeza horrível. Toalhas velhas com aspecto sujo. Horrible cleaning. Old towels with a dirty appearance. Limpieza horrible. Toallas viejas con apariencia sucia. Nettoyage horrible. Vieilles serviettes d'aspect sale. Schreckliche Reinigung. Alte Handtücher mit schmutzigem Aussehen.
