Beautiful property with clean rooms and excellent amenities. The gardens were well-maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

So luxurious; the grounds were impeccable - everything was top notch, including food and wine. Staff made the stay so custom, and booked all delicious dinners for us - we communicated over Whats App. Room was a lot larger than expected and spotless everyday (main level garden/pool/ocean view king). Additions like stocked water/soda/beer fridge and morning 'eye openers' were an added bonus we didn't expect, but enjoyed thoroughly. Don't expect to swim in the ocean;... but you can still walk for miles on the clean beach, use the cabanas and enjoy the heated pools. Strongly recommend for a quite very comfortable vacation.

Incredible room. Great staff and amenities like the pools gyms bars and restaurants. Flies were a bit gnarly when food came out but it’s Mexico. Great location. For beach walks.

This resort is incredible. They have beautiful walking paths and gardens. Their spa has separate saunas, showers, and hot tubs for men and women. There are several pools and restaurants on the property to choose from. The plunge pool on our balcony overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. We went in February and the weather was perfect and we saw whales every day. Every staff member was helpful and friendly.

Real luxury! Outstanding everything! My only suggestion I have is to place signage…Especially to the gym and restaurants. Other than that, everything is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond. I really loved my room! Thank you!

The staff at the resort is incredible! From the Valet, to the front desk, and to housekeeping. Extra thanks to the pool staff, especially Brandon and Charlie. Rooms and grounds were immaculate. Loved the infused water, pastries, and fruit delivered to our room every morning. This place is above and beyond amazing!! Every detail is well thought out. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel and location. Service is horrible, scratch your head horrible. I don’t think we had a meal without an issue. We were often forgotten about and every request had to be made multiple times. One day at the pool bar I asked about my drink order and the guy dead pan said “ you think I remember what you asked for?” We arranged for taxis into town (which are a fortune) also to be forgotten about. On the ride to town we were paired with another passenger who we dropped off in the opposite direction making a 15 minute ride 45 minutes. We were also forgotten to be picked up and the restaurant seemed to care more than the hotel. I could go on but note you will not feel taken care of there. There was one person serving the whole pool. The food is also extremely expensive and inconsistent. One day we got a ceviche by the pool that was excellent. Ordered the same dish the next day (which they forgot about and came an hour later) only to be half the size and too salty to eat. Speaking with other guests they shared the same sentiments. The staff are all very nice but it seems as if the hotel just opened. As our stay progressed they kept running out of food options.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and the food was really delicious at each of the restaurants we tried. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade thanks to my Expedia status which made everything even better. Plus we were offered to enjoy our room until it was time for our taxi to pick us up at 3pm which essentially was an extra day of vacation. That made such a difference, I wish more hotels would be flexible like this.

Property is amazing, empty beach in front, feels well laid out, great gym, yoga daily. The staff were wonderful but at times service was slow. Rooms are perfect, gardens are beautiful n well maintained. We will be back for sure.

We had an incredible stay! The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so amazing. Francisco made our trip extra special with his hospitality, and every server at the restaurants were incredible as well including Karina and Dino. We cannot wait to return again!

This was my second time visiting, this time with friends, and we couldn’t resist booking another trip with more friends in February! The resort is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful. There are a few small things that could be tweaked, but overall it was an amazing experience. We loved every meal, and dinner at Kahal was a standout — I’m definitely going back just for that amazing Pad Thai! Kiddos to the chef!

Great staff and nice property. There had been storm damage before we arrived so they were working to fix a lot of things and quite a bit was unavailable. We had to move rooms due to an air conditioner malfunction. I hoped they would have offered to compensate us in some way for the inconveniences and unavailability of several amenities but unfortunately this was not the case. That said, the staff was unfailingly friendly and responsive and made our stay a good one.

The pictures don’t make justice, our stay was exceptional. The food was delicious the service impeccable, the views mesmerizing, the garden was breathtaking, the spa and fitness center was top of the line. Different pools and walkable sandy beach. Swimmable if you are a good swimmer
