Thank Yzistel for giving me a wonderful stay in Hoi An. The place is charming and very clean, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are great. The pool is small but tidy — my son loved it. The hotel is right by the old town, so we could walk our child there several times a day. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Yzistel Hoi An with my family and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for walking or cycling to Hoi An Ancient Town. The swimming pool was clean and my kids really enjoyed it. A great choice for families visiting Hoi An.

Our group chose Yzistel Hoi An for our trip to Hoi An this time and had a pretty good experience. The hotel has a beautiful, quiet atmosphere and the rooms were clean. What we liked most was the free bicycles; cycling around the old town in the afternoon was very enjoyable. The swimming pool was also a plus for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If we return to Hoi An, our group will still consider staying here.

Because I arrived a bit early by bus, the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my luggage and lending me bicycles to explore the old town. All the staff, from receptionists to servers, were enthusiastic, attentive, and friendly. The hotel's ambiance was amazing, and especially the female staff member named Trinh – I give her a 10/10 for service! 😍

I stayed at Yzistel Hoi An during my solo trip to Hoi An and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel has a beautiful, quiet style and creates a relaxing feeling from the moment you step inside. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the swimming pool is also a plus. I especially liked that the hotel provides free bicycles, which is very convenient for leisurely exploring Hoi An. The staff are lovely and always helpful throughout my stay.

The staff were friendly and polite, and provided fruit, water, and cold towels upon check-in. Bicycles were available for free use. We also received a complimentary scented sachet from the hotel upon departure. The staff greeted us at every turn. I will definitely return if I have the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at Yzistel Hoi An. The hotel features elegant Indochine-inspired architecture with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is only about a 10-minute walk to Hoi An Ancient Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring local food. The room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Considering the excellent service and reasonable price, this is one of the best places to stay in Hoi An. I would definitely return on my next visit.
