The room was spacious and clean. We had a little difficulty right after checking in, but everything ended up fine and one day this event will be funny. We left our luggage and car keys in our room and then went to eat. When we returned from eating, our card key would not work. We could not get in touch with the leasers, but when we contacted Hotels.com, the issue was worked through quickly. We were issued a new key and everything else went smoothly. The key issue wouldn't have been a real issue if we had not been "freezing". Our jackets were also locked in our room with no access to get in. So...we were out in the cold without jackets and no way to get into our car. To complicate matters even, more my phone was past the red on my cell battery. Luckily the issue was resolved quickly. Fortunately my phone didn't die until we were on the elevator back to our room. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, comfortable & right at home

We loved the spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed for a 6-day stay. If we were staying longer a facility for washing clothes would be nice. Staff was very friendly and the kitchen was beautifully outfitted. It even had a dishwasher!

Rymligt rum, sköna sängar och lakan och kuddar. Stora garderober. Incheckning lätt trots att det är en dator i en vägg. Försökte först att skanna mitt svenska pass men fick det inte att fungera men det var bara att skriva in bokningsnumret istället så inte några problem.
