The location is wonderful, the little markets out from are so fun. The hotel accepts pets which was a huge plus for us.

Not clean, broken internet,

Loved that my family of 5 could stay in one room work a bed each! Loved the balcony view and how close the hotel is of everything.

We asked for accommodation for a disabled person and they were flexible over messaging but they never mentioned that the first floor also had stars, they should have mentioned that there was a lower level and then first floor. They accommodate us on the first floor but we had to carry my disabled mom up the stairs and she is not light. Also, they ask for the keys when we leave the room for safe keeping and so we can’t leave the air conditioning on because the key turns off the electricity when we take it out of the box so the room is hot every time we go in.

So convenient to walk. It is literally few steps from central plaza and cathedral.

Clean but very outdated bedding and curtains. No communication within staff was charged on card then charge again in check in. Area around is walkable to city center and view other areas. Recommend for single or friends travel. Located behind other restaurants and can hear echo as windows are panel design and do not shut all the way so you can hear noise of neighbors.

Property needs updates. Bathroom door did not close very well, no elevator available and no closets in room either.

We spend only one night here and there were no hand towels or hand soap in the bathroom and the toilet clogged but the worse part was the bedding had stains in them.

The property was situated in the heart of Campeche near the main zocalo. There were many restaurants, cafes, tour operators. It was within the baluartes as well.

Central location, busy and noisy until 11pm. Lack of parking. Cleaning staff was good. Rooms were quaint and authentic. Hotel policy rations toilet paper, even when you offer to buy another roll. The lack of dignity spoils any ambience. We are familiar with Mexico and it’s plumbing, and their ration policy was not due to our lack of education or abuse of infrastructure. Our advice is that they allow clients to purchase more toilet paper when needed.

Great location close to the main square, friendly staff though some rooms are internal and a bit rustic. Parking is extra.

Most horrible hotel i ever been with nasty duty bathroom. Nasty duty mattress and broken wood frame. Teally this is not good you can find a better place for the same price this is bad bad badl

Solo pedí que recogieran la basura del baño y me dejaran papel sanitario, no tomaron nota o se les olvido y cuando fui a la administración a solicitar papel me lo querían cobrar. En una de las tres noches de hospedaje, en la habitación contigua como a las 23:30 hrs se estaban peleando a gritos y al parecer a empujones, como hasta la 1de la madrugada se calmaron y por fin dejaron dormir, la administración brilló por su ausencia

Fui por 3 días, 2 noches, más d 24 hrs nos la pasamos sin TV por más d les decíamos q no servía porque el internet no agarraba, ya al día sig nos cambian d cuarto pero nos dejan sin cuarto por hrs, cuando era nuestro único momento d descanso, por errores suyos, ya el cuarto q nos dieron nuevo, sin jabón, sin shampoo, lo pedimos y nada, dieron las 11pm q llegamos y seguíamos sin nada, cansados tuvimos q bajar d nuevo para q nos dieron un jabón en barra y listo, los empleados lo único que decían q no podían hacer nada porque el dueño no estaba.
