Excelente, las camas Cómodas habitaciones con estufa refrigerador, cafetera y el personal súper amable, lo único es que la alberca debería estar más caliente de ahí en fuera me encantó el lugar, hay mucha paz

Unique hotel which was sparkling clean and quite comfortable. Lots of interesting art. If I had younger kids, I would love to take them to this hotel. The pool is gorgeous and there is a sport court. The staff were extremely nice.

No AC, if you want to walk to the market is very close but tiring because the hotel is on a hill. Great views and great hotel, nice plants in the property, the people is very nice! You have a 24 hr doctor 100m from the hotel, which is great.

Mosquito ALERT!! Being repeleant , otherwise mosquito will bite you all night long,!! and staff does not warn you, the pool was dirty, staff was missing the next day , not found at recepttion, Not a great experience but i thought it had great potential but the mosquito and pool being dirty is a huge red flag

This is a strange hotel, the room is ok but I waited outside of the hotel for about 20 mins before the gate was unlocked and then had to always wait to get in or out. I was the only guest and I guess they didn't want to have people wandering in, but it is not the best experience....small room and overall not a great value for the price.

The entire experience was a bit off: 1. no hotel sign - you have to ring a bell at a closed gate to get in. 2. Staff's appearance and interactions felt not professional 3. I'm pretty sure the bed linen was used before 4. We were the only guests in this rather big hotel But room and facilities were in good condition and pool looked clean.

Muy buen lugar para descansar aún en época de calor, gracias a que el tipo de estructura conserva más fresca la recámara, el personal muy amable y muy limpio el lugar.

Alberca fría, poco alumbrado en la noche, habitaciones frías, poco servicio en la alberca, al principio no había agua caliente en la ducha, no había agua en la habitación cuando llegamos

Todo muy bien, solo una observación: Querían que volviera a pagar con tarjeta de crédito, pienso que querían cancelar el

La estancia es tranquila y cómoda, el personal es amable, consejo de oro: lleven repelente de mosquitos en especial si planean estar en las áreas verdes, si llevan vehículos tienen estacionamiento subterráneo, solo tengan cuidado al momento de salir, está muy empinada la rampa

Solo falta en servicio de restaurante o desayunos

Excesivo costo para lo que ofrecen, solo hay botanas, no hay restaurante, es desagradable tener que buscar a donde salir a desayunar sobre todo. Bebidas que se solicitan no las tienen.

Son unas excelentes villas, rodeadas de grandes y únicas esculturas, la propiedad es hermosa así como su atención. Sin embargo NO ES PET FRIENDLY a pesar de que lo dice en el anuncio; te piden que tu mascota se quede dentro de la habitación (no podrá estar en el jardín) por la agresividad de los perros del hotel.

Es agradable para vacacinar, algunos de los cuartos son con areas conpartidas, pero es muy agradable el personal, y me gusto mucho

La propiedad tiene lugar para estacionarse y las habitaciones de dividen por casona donde las áreas como sala de estar y cocina se comparten, sin embargo cada habitación tiene baño privado. Cuenta con áreas de recreación y alberca, ojo esta es a temperatura ambiente por lo que depende del clima sentirse a gusto o no. El servicio por parte del personal es amable.
