Lovely hotel

Had a great time, clean and quiet hotel. Perfect for a mini getaway. Brunch at the hotel's restaurant was solid too. Don't pay for parking, there's free parking across the street, receptionist guided us there.

What a lovely hotel! We had a wedding in the area so we decided to stay overnight. Fantastic location; beautiful hotel;; the rooms were spacious and modern; and the breakfast on the patio was fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

Dark room. Dark bathroom. Patio door had a draft (couldn't get the room warmer than 18C (64F)). Our small patio was next to the staff's. kitchen entrance and it was noisy (empty bottles being loaded late at night, garbage bins rolling by, the kitchen exhaust vent, staff talking. Mini bar menu but no mini I bar was found. Very little parking. Hotel restaurant was cold and the drink service was slow and at times, wrong.

Really cool hotel.. who would have expected in Newmarket?!

The property is in good condition and everything was very clean and smelling good. Service excellent. The room I booked was in the basement level, which wasn’t obvious when booking. I chose to keep blinds closed part time for privacy since the windows were at street level and it was possible for passers-by to see into the room. Having a space devoid of natural light (I accept this was my choice) was not ideal. I probably wouldn’t have booked this room knowing where it was located. One issue was that the bathroom/shower exhaust vent wasn’t functioning so it stayed pretty damp - this was not ideal. It was a nice stay overall.

Clean room..modern..great location

The walls of this hotel are paper thin. We heard toilets flushing from the room next door, full conversations from our neighbors and then at night we heard the snoring of the person in the room above us and it kept us up for hours. The hotel itself is nice, but what good is a hotel if you can hear everything happening in all the other rooms? You come to an establishment like this to spend the night and you'd be better off sleeping at home.

My check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. They were sure I had everything I needed. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, lovely rooms, bar/restaurant for evening drinks or breakfast was a bonus.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was lovely and very spacious. Hotel bar was a great space for catching up with friends.

Great place to stay. The staff do a great job of making you feel welcome and taking care of every need. The rooms are clean and new. Restaurant staff were amazing as well! Definitely stay here again.

The property is fabulous. Nice boutique hotel on Main Street in Newmarket across from a great coffee shop. A couple of small challenges include parking as there’s limited parking that’s covered in a few extra spots uncovered. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to change in the front desk, control it from there. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and we serviced daily while we were out so there was no inconvenience to our day.
