My Points

Close to the citadel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Free parking.

Great room. Very spacious and comfy. Air conditioned. Only disadvantage is there is no lift so it's hard if you have a heavy luggage.

Ideal location.  Room was pleasant.  Big disadvantage is the long stairs to get to your room. Especially carrying a heavy suit case 
No help from staff was offered
