The hotel staff is truly excellent, kind, and friendly. I've been to several hotels, and this one has the best service.

Very satisfying and calm to enjoy the atmosphere of Pontianak city.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is still 12:00 PM. It takes three hours to clean the room. The check-in time seems to need to be reviewed; it's too long.

Bad service. I asked to borrow a set of cutlery, but it wasn't delivered until the next day, so I had to ask again. I asked for laundry to be picked up in the afternoon, but I had to call again the next day to get it. The most annoying thing was that there was a laundry package price, but there was no information from the laundry staff that it was cheaper to get the package. The food was mediocre in my opinion, and the bed in the room was also squeaky, making it uncomfortable. What's even more ridiculous is that when I checked in, I told the front office that I was staying 2 nights + 1 night, but I still got a call on the second day asking if check-out was coming soon. It seems like there's no coordination at a Four Points hotel. Not recommended for me, cmiiw.

I stayed here for a wedding celebration. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Check-in was very quick, and I was given my key. Upon entering the room, there was complimentary food and the decor was very nice. My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience. Thank you.
