All good

I found it so difficult to check in at the hotel reception. The receptionist kept saying she could not find my reservation yet she could not spell it and she did not ask. Then i had staff open my room without knowing and was really scary they do not show you what is in the room to guide you or how to use something.

This hotel is the best option in Gulu, with facilities, food and bar, and very professional staff.

when we arrived to check in the receptionist made out there was no booking and was not keen to search for it until we produced the email confirmation.
