We loved being able to break our journey at a dog friendly motel. It was comfortable and convenient place to stay. Motel staff were lovely.

This is an older motel but exceptionally clean. The grounds are very well maintained and it's a joy to walk around the gardens. It's not far from the town center.

Very comfortable stay, friendly staff, room clean and very comfortable, everything you needed in way of crockery etc. good parking and lovely grounds. The motel is pet friendly but this in no way detracted from my stay - I didn’t have a pet. The rooms were spotless. I can highly recommend the motel.

It was lovely and clean, in a quiet location. Beds were very comfortable but bathroom was very small.

Didn't have a pet overall after a long hard day on the road it was perfect tranquil and peaceful wrapped up in a surrounding of beautiful nature what a place to be absolutely loved being in a place surrounded by nature couldn't get any better love seeing the black cockatoos give me a sense of rare the place gave me an old school vibe parking was perfect giving you that close net community feeling what more can you ask for perfect absolutely perfect friendly to boot also the property was well maintained a forgotten trait

The parking was easy and under cover. Room was clean and in very good condition. The only issue was that the 'bodywash' dispenser in the shower did not work.

We had a triple room out the back. Very spacious and nice view. Lovely staff. Thank you.

Very clean and reception was particularly welcoming. Quiet at night, comfortable and all the needed kitchen facilities were provided. Out of town, but still close to town for convenience. Highly recommended

Owners, cleanliness, ease of payment.

Location is beautiful, and it has the potential to be a great stay if cleaning was satisfactory (bathroom had hair and snot on walls and the fridge was disgusting). The owner is also very rude, which explains the lack of attention and customer service - sent me a message at 10pm and 6am to instruct me not to park in front of my unit - the most obvious spot - these instructions should be sent at check in at the latest and not after hours. When clarifying this point in person she was rude and continued to complain. Careless and disrespectful. What a shame.

Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Outside had a bbq with everything needed to cook on it. We also had a lovely farewell from the owner as we were leaving.

The beautiful setting is devine and the sleep is awesome. I want to give 4.5 as only minor issue and we were ok but bathroom is narrow for larger people loved the location and the view the BBQ facilities really nice proprietor free parking all very good 5 minutes drive to VWall for those who know Nambucca Heads
