This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called a doctor right away and I was taken to see a doctor so I was super appreciative of that. The room is nice and the cleaning service was excellent but sometimes when you would eat out (at the main restaurant), it didn't feel entirely clean to me. I think they have a rush of diners. But everyone is very very sweet.

Lovely hotel! The pillows are soooo comfy I wanted to take them home! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great, a little bit of a hill to get to the hotel so beae in mind if you have accessibility issues. It’s right on the beach and at the end of the road with all the bars and restaurants so very convenient. The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff were really nice and helpful, food was good and drinks were decent. Overall really happy about our stay!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La location è stupenda, a due passi dal mare, la spiaggia sottostante inoltre è curata da loro, anche essa pulita. Torneremo sicuramente, se non in questa in altre strutture della catena. Organizzazione ottima!!!!! 😍😍
