Great stay

Amazing breakfast

Very good the price good spot local to shops, clean very comfy bed good view from the back. Only let down is no hot brekky and no take away cups and the pressure on the shower is very low, so wasn’t able to have a wake up shower but it’s more of a make them aware than complaint. Overall a good stay would stay again.

Fahim, Ely and Prahriti were very friendly always available to assist with anything we needed. Great stay.

There was a constant terrible smell in the room ...which the hotel admitted was due to drain blockages, beds uncomfortable, and the pictures on the website DO NOT reflect the reality......very disappointed

Breakfast was fresh but continental only. Staff were polite and friendly. Car parking on site but limited numbers

Was stuck down in the basement next to the kitchen and staff toilet!! Had a food delivery about 10pm was banging around for an hour on the phone outside room. Someone use the microwave about midnight!! Then chef come in at about 6.30 to start breakfast more banging around!!! The staff used the toilet about 10 time over the night! Small damp well used room squeaky bed lumpy pillows. All in all got about 2 hours sleep if lucky Would definitely not recommend!!!!!

Honestly this place was perfect for us! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but couldn’t fault it for the price

Room clean, staff helpful, convenient for town centre and trains BUT rooms spread over 4 levels and there is no lift - guests may have mobility issues and should be warned,

Nice hotel, room good size with comfortable bed, Nice clean bathroom. And you are near the high street.
