El lugar es muy cómodo, me encantó que es pet friendly y el personal del hotel es muy atento, además de que tienen un buen sistema de tv que te permite estar a gusto, lo único a mejorar es que el internet no es el mejor y que al menos mientras fui, no aceptaban tarjeta.

The hotel is beautiful and Hector was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our two poodles with ease.

Spotless hotel the lobby the rooms all of it. The staff is outstanding. Hector at the front desk is a very nice man. Patrick,(the dog) too was here to greet us. We stayed here in January of 25. So knew of the hotel. It is a beautiful old, well kept hotel in the Heart of Centro Durango! Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful throughout. I especially loved all the beautiful plants — they made the place feel so welcoming and relaxing.

Hotel is in a historic building and the rooms are right next to a beautiful old church. Short walk to the plaza. Not a five star hotel, but for the price, it is a good deal in my opinion. The location is prime

I use this hotel every time i come to Durango. The staff is always friendly and its supper pet friendly. The guest are always supper friendly too!

The front desk staff, Maricruz, & Héctor were so helpful and polite. They helped me with good restaurants and places to visit. Also very courteous and kind.

You have to visit this vintage hotel in the middle of everything we walked everywhere because everything was so close. Staff was really friendly and they evwn have a hotel mascot named Patrick. I give it more stata if it was possible.

El hotel está pintoresco y limpio tiene mucho parecido como como si fuera una hacienda , la locación muy céntrica con restaurantes a solo unos pasos y mucho que disfrutar a nosotros nos gustó y si me vuelvo a hospedar en el futuro , el perrito que tienen de mascota de lo más cariñoso y es el que le da la bienvenida a todo el que llega

This is my favorite place to stay now when I go. It's not fancy because it's colonial, unique, and nostalgic of the olden times. Staff is genuine, friendly and remember you from year to year. This place feels like home as it has several places to hang outside of your room - dining too! Best place to stay centrally too as it's close to everything within walking distance, and it's a great spot to meet locals too to do anything touristy too. Hector, Mari Cruz & Carolina are the best!! The hotel dog Patrick is an extra homey feel to the place. Love Posada San Agustin! Fun fact - it used to be a hospital in the past, and many of us were born there! The history of this building is just fascinating, and you can't get that from any Americanized hotel chain. The only minus is there is no restaurant, but Casablanca (their sister hotel) is closeby and they even do room service from them.
