I had a nice large room and large bathroom. Didn't find the bathroom practical though with the strange doors to the shower and the hairdryer in an awkward place to use. Easy to get to by train from Berlin airport

Very nice modern hotel, less than a 5 minute walk from urban train service from airport to Berlin main terminal. Fabulous breakfast selection, very clean and positive helpful staff

Ganz neues Hotel. Vier (!) Tage kein Zimmerservice. Auf Nachfrage gab es wenigstens frische Handtücher. Das neue, meist junge Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hoffentlich bessert sich die Situation bald!

Very convenient. Access to the railroad which was a lifesaver. The room was clean and the cerling was the sky. A novel idea. The staff was friendly, probably the most courteous of our people we met outside our cruise.

I booked a reservation here. Arrived at the hotel early morning hours straight from my flight. Early check-in was unavailable. Breakfast available for a fee. I declined because the self use waffle machine was greasy and dirty looking. I stored my luggage to check out the area. There was an unmanned train station next door and a gas station and home depot type store. An Aldi grocery store was a tad further. The hotel is connected to a budget hotel but you can enter either hotel from the same door via the lobby/dining area. I didn't see a drastic difference between the two but I didn't view the room. I retrieved my luggage and left. There was nothing to do in the area to use spare time until 3p check-in time. The area felt unsafe and definitely not walkable. The hotel staff also weren't very accommodating. The clerk told me no rooms were available and pointed to a seating area and said I had to just wait until check-in. I booked another hotel in the Mitte area and felt way more safe and comfortable. I would never select this hotel when visiting again

An extra £10 for a bigger room in a hotel that also supplies buget rooms is probably worth it. Quiet area with no entertainment may be problematic for those who need more experience before bed. Warm, safe but a little boring.

Poor signage. Difficult to find entrance. It looked like it wasn’t open.

New, stylish and very functional but it could have a little more comfort feature like a fridge and a bottle of water. The Croissant was not good, please remove it or make it better

I mean that everything was ok, until I want the invoice. Personal from reception told me, that they will send it to my email but after five emails from my side, which only one was with the answer, nobody sent me invoice, answer my emails and so

Das Hotel war anscheinend ausgebucht und wir bekamen bei der Anreise um 2 Uhr nachts von dem super freundlichen Mitarbeiter unser Zimmer was sich dann als Zimmer für gehandicapte Gäste zeigte. Es war sehr großzügig und überall waren Notfall Seile verbaut. Auch ein sehr großes Badezimmer mit großer ebenerdig befahrbarer Dusche und mehrere Haltegriffe an der Toilette und eine Lehne zum anlehnen war vorhanden. Ein Telefon war ebenfalls auf Hüfthöhe vorhanden sowie ein Türspion. Da wir diese Situation nicht nachvollziehen können möchten wir dies natürlich nicht bewerten nur so gut es geht beschreiben. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt unsererseits wäre die Klimaanlage die nicht so stark gekühlt hat wie es notwendig gewesen wäre da es im Zimmer trotz durchschnittlicher Außentemperatur sehr sehr warm gewesen ist. Auch Lüften hat nicht wirklich viel Besserung gebracht. Die nahe SBahnhaltestelle ist sehr praktisch. Zum Frühstück können wir leider nichts sagen da wir ohne gebucht hatten.
