Request to further improve room service

I recently stayed at Partha International Hotel, and the experience was quite disappointing. Despite the “international” name, the facilities do not match expectations. The rooms are very basic, and the non-AC rooms lack proper ventilation, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean, and the pillows and blankets provided were dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the hygiene and upkeep need significant improvement.

Good, paid extra on checking in early

They are cheaters.after reaching there they are saying rooms are not available and asking to stay in another hotel.So we searched another hotel by ourselves and stayed there.
