The place is so clean and central to all the main attractions. Highly recommend.

Clean and well equipped, good location. Good facilities. Light bulb missing and blind not attached. However the check in process was unnecessarily difficult. I was told I’d receive an email with access codes. That didn’t come. I was able to find an earlier message about a code for the front door eventually. Then had to call help desk from check in - even tho I’d checked in virtually day before. They then sent an email with code for front door and apartment door. If that had been sent to allow access at check in time it would have been so much easier.

The apartment is modern and in a good location but it could do with a deep clean. It has everything you’d need for your stay. The check in process is terrible, the contact number provided does not work. The check in system does not work, and when it finally does work it prints out a blank ticket. Use the help button on the kiosk to speak to someone remotely. Another guest was also having the same issue as I arrived. The other thing I’d note as a solo traveller, there is no security lock on the apartment door.

The check in was awkward using the keypad all the reservation number digits except the first pinged,making it uncertain whether it had been recognised.It didn,t work at all for the family who had just arrived before me.I got mine to work after three tries and he was able to follow what I had just done .

Good accomodation and very good value, it had everything we needed and decent location easy to get to from train station. Good shower, comfortable bed, neat kitchen. Only negative is that our accommodation was in the basement so felt a bit darkdark,dardeak.it'basement!

Great apartment. Good location and clean. Very good shower. The only problem is the smell in the apartment. It maybe because it’s in the basement and the ventilation is somewhat poor. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

We booked 2 apartments for 4 adults and 3 young children. The space is perfect with 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full size sofa bed in the living room. It does come with a small kitchen with electric cook tops, washing machine and full size fridge. The location is about 15 minutes to most of the tourist attractions or a short walk to bus stations where you can take bus to Alhambra. It would have been a great stay given the space, location and convenience of the place. However from checking-in to stay, the communication with the apartment management has been very limited and unsatisfactory. The description regarding checking in process on Hotels.com is inaccurate and the apartment management would not send anything for their virtue checking in until the day before. They won’t respond anything other than direct phone calls and having e-sim with only internet access, this has been frustrating and challenging. We tried emails them and message them via hotels.com’s messaging system regarding maintenance issues such as non-functional washing machine in one of the units, checking-in issues with one of the 2 apartments, shower draining issues in one of the apartments, all were not answered or addressed. The apartments were located on the 5th floor. During the last 2days of our stay, the elevator stopped working. Yet there were no signs of attempts for repair. I wonder whether the management ever knows these issues. In a way, it’s almost pure luck that we stayed ok.

Apartments are quite new. We were on the 5th level and the lift was handy. There is a small shared terrace on L6 which would be quite handy if we stayed longer. The checking process worked well, automated machine in lobby, just need the code from the place to access the front door to the lobby first. Location is close to the main tourist areas, the laneway it’s on is a little “grungy” but not unsafe. Lots of restaurants nearby and walk to public transport - including a 10 minute walk to the train station. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped and there was even a washing machine, full size refrigerator. Bed was large and comfortable (firm). The only complaint was a sewer smell coming from the toilet. We would stay again, for the amenities, location and price
