En general bien, solo el hecho de que la habitación da a la calle principal y de domingo a lunes hay bastante ruido hasta después de las 12 No había agua mi último día PERO sin ningún problema me quedo de nuevo con ellos.

Wonderful location, beautiful building but no elevator and no AC, and the city can get pretty hot in summer

No hubo ningún problema con mi reservación. No me gustó que todo es muy impersonal. No hay recepcionista, no hubo un "bienvenido al hotel ..."

Hotel was clean but the bathroom was very small and bed was very firm. Very basic with the essentials. This hotel is part of a different hotel that is across the street from this one. You will check in across the street at the other hotel and also this is where breakfast is served. It was a little inconvenient to check in at the other hotel and then haul all your luggage across the busy street to your room. However the hotel is centrally located and walking distance to lots of tourist destinations.

The Hotel is well located... Walking distance to all the plazas and important turistic places. The noise in the night is terrible... Really loud noise from the street and bars. The rooms do not have AC and the temperature was really hot. The breakfast was not good. No parking available

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and we love it. I go to Guanajuato every year and will stay the next year again at this hotel. The location is amazing it’s like in the center of Guanajuato Capital. The staff is always friendly and helpful to what every question or need that we encounter. Free breakfast, good deals on the tours, we always book them with the hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Please be advised they DO NOT have front desk nor Security (please note this). You must check in around the corner in another hotel. Their "balcony view" rooms are not even a true balcony and be prepared to hear all the bars and traffic through the window. They DO NOT have AC as they say, it's just a fan. On my first night there were guests SCREAMING at the lobby so bad that we all could hear them, however when calling to front desk, they didn't do nothing and next day staff members told me: they are the owner's friends so we can't do anything. On the next night someone robbed my in-laws room, when calling to front desk and requested help, they guy came in alone and when I asked: do you have security? He said no. So trust me, even tho is a tourist area YOU WON'T BE SAFE. Outdated building, if you have someone with any kind of special need be advised they don't have elevators, wheelchair assistance or anything like that. Take my word when I say: DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE. Worst experience ever.

Great location. Clean rooms. But the noise from the club across the street was too much.

It is absud that this property does not give you check in instructions when you have to check in at a completely different hotel that is down the street The door to the hotel does not have a sign nor does the "sister" hotel telling you about check in. This seems like an easy fix that they are not interested in. Luckily we ran into someone who was staying at the hotel and they guided us to check in. The property is in a greaat location for walking around the city. However it is not so great at night with a club across the street playing music until 2am. Maybe rooms that are not facing the street have less noise? Beds are very hard which is not my preference. Breakfast was ok but felt like a waste with a city filled with delicious options.

The staff and amenities were wonderful. The room was very clean but it was very loud late at night and early in the morning.

Everything about the stay was wonderful except for a recurring mechanical echo from a nearby generator or pump. The frequent cycling of the machine was loud enough to disrupt my sleep, even though the hotel itself was impressively quiet.

Great location, extremely clean, comfortable and great people. Bring ear plugs it’s loud at night.

A bit noisy at Christmas time.

The room was so spacious for my friend and I. We thought the music was going to keep us up at night since the hotel is off the main street, but you couldn’t hear anything once inside the room! Great location!
