Always great!

We had a great stay at Antre Chapultepec! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. As Americans, we especially appreciated that multiple staff members spoke English, which made communication easy and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice location close to everything will definitely stay again. The staff is very nice and friendly. Only thing that was okay was the gym it was too small the place has no pool.

It is an OK hotel, but it is old and outdated. The towels are frayed and stained, and a cup is cracked. The worst problem is the water in the bathroom. It stinks and smells like sulfur. Again, it is OK, but we expected more because of the “exceptional” rating.

Excellent location in Colonia America one block from Avenida Chapultepec Walking distance to many shops, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff is excellent especially Dilan and Mirasol.

Excellent hotel. The price doesn’t do it justice. This place is extremely clean professional and modern. In the heart of Avenida Chapultepec. I will come here every single time!

This is our second time staying at Hotel Antré and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly as always, and the location was very convenient. There's lots to see and do on Av. Chapultepec which is only a block away from the hotel and it is pretty centrally located in general. We’d definitely stay here again.

Rainshower head was so high that it made rinsing off the soap take much longer than it should. There were no wash cloths so I needed to use a large hand towel. Staff had no idea about services in the area.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout my visit. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The bar had a relaxing atmosphere, and the drinks and service were both enjoyable. What stood out most was how convenient and comfortable the property was, along with the excellent customer service. The only downside was that breakfast could get a bit crowded during peak hours, and I would have liked to see a few more food choices. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Shower handle was broken and the shower floor was very slippery. It was a dangerous situation for me.
