Great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown and restaurants. A bit noisy in the am . Traffic noice early in the morning . The restaurant is excellent, food delicious and so reasonable . Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Well located to walk to restaurants. Parking. Breakfast is good ($). Nice pool area. Only negative point is there is almost no hot water for the shower.

Pest control could be improved. Tiny roaches in room.

The room and hotel is nice but the beds too small and uncomfortable

The rooms and facilities at Hotel Maya were perfectly fine and met our needs. However, the service at the front desk was disappointing. While not every staff member was an issue, the gentleman who helped with our bags and the person who checked us out were both fantastic and very friendly, most of the front desk staff felt indifferent or even unfriendly. It often felt like we were unwanted guests rather than welcomed ones. It’s a shame because the rest of the experience was good, but the front desk's attitude definitely cast a shadow on the stay.
