Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Property a short walk from Plitvice entrance 3. Would absolutely stay here again. Room was clean and comfortable.

It’s a hidden gem for locality to Plitvice lakes and close to P3 Entrance so you avoid all the line ups and crowds.the hospitality was as generous as it gets and the hosts were incredibly helpful and informative. The room was clean and tidy. It felt like a little secret to stay here and can only imagine once it’s discovered, they’ll be busier.

This is an easy walk or drive from a local entrance in the park, so you can avoid parking in the large parking lots and get on the boat to explore the upper falls. The hostess was very helpful and both dinner and breakfast were tasty. The rooms are large and clean, with AC and a nice bathroom.

The facility is well maintained and very clean. There is a convenient entrance to the park within walking distance from the hotel. There is a good restaurant on the site. They prefer to be paid in cash instead of using a credit card.

Beautiful property. Breakfast was a variety of items and delicious. Owners were very helpful and inviting. Very close to entrance 3. We drove to the entrance 3 free parking and shaded incase you don't want to drive after a 4-8 hr hike.

Beautiful modern clean and spacious room. We didn't need parking, but it was available. Breakfast had a good selection. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very tasty. Owner and staff were kind and gracious. Short walk to Entrance 3 to enter the park if you have prepurchased ticket.

Lovely place to stay, location was beautiful, rooms were spacious and the amenities in the room itself were really handy - mini fridge, kettle etc. A really comfortable stay and would definitely recommend and return if I’m ever back in the area again!

Only stopped one night, but it was very clean and tidy. The room was a good size and very modern. The owner carried my partner's suitcase to the room for her. There is a back entrance to the Plitvice Lakes, but you must have already pre-booked tickets online as you cannot purchase them at the back en. It was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, where I left my car parked. It is not the Flora Entrance shown on the park map, but the road from the entrance takes you down to P3.

Superb location for exploring the lakes. Peaceful area and easy walk to entrance 3. You have to buy ticket in advance and they scan on entry (buy for either gate 1 or 2). Breakfast was very good and evening meal good also. Not many dining options in the area so great that they provide this.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Location was awesome and to be able to walk to entrance 3 and do the more popular falls before the crowds was a huge plus!!

We loved staying at Villa Prica! We flew into Zagreb and then drove here with a plan of hiking the Plitvice National Park. The roads getting into the area a narrow and you might think you're not in the right place if you're accustomed to roads in the US, but trust Google maps and you'll get there! We were greeted by the family and shown to our room which was quaint, clean, and really comfortable. We were there in the off season, so there weren't many restaurant options nearby. Luckily the kitchen was open at Villa Prica and all of our meals there were delicious. You'll feel almost like you're in a small, alpine town while staying here. It is a convenient location for the park as well. Strongly recommend!

The staff had great tips for Plitvice and were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Walkable to Plitvice gate 3.

Our hosts were wonderful. The accommodations were conveniently located to park entrance to walk to and dinner was home cooked and delicious. Everything was clean.

Wow! This was a great property! So clean. It’s family owned so they really care about your stay. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant both nights. It was great! It was about 24 euros for soup, salad, entree and desert. The red wine was amazing, 4 euro. Before dinner we had wine on the shared terrace and met great couples each night, one from Belgium and one from Munich. We walked to Plitvice thru entrance 3. We went at 7 and it was empty big at 2:30 it was packed when we returned. This was a peaceful property and the owners could not have been nicer!
