We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole and would happily return! The location is excellent, conveniently situated along the Green Line, just a 3-minute walk from the nearest metro exit. The hotel is also easy to locate when booking a taxi through the app. What made our stay particularly memorable was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Wendy. She remembered us from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. Her attentiveness, thoughtfulness and warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was another highlight—spacious, clean, comfortable and generally quiet. The only minor downside was some noise from the room above us on our first night, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great location, lovely rooms and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!

Location is very convenient and the view is incredible

The hotel and its location are absolutely perfect. 100% local vibe—hardly any tourists around. If you’re looking for a chill trip with great food at reasonable prices, this area is spot on. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are super friendly. If I come back to Korea, I’ll definitely stay here again and only head to Myeongdong for some sightseeing and photos. The food around the Pullman Hotel area is much better, and the locals here are way more pleasant compared to those in Myeongdong.
