The staff's attitude was terrible. They didn't clean the room even after we reminded them. The furnishings were in terrible condition. When they came to clean, they only changed the towels and folded the blankets; the floor was dirty and they didn't sweep it. The next day, they left a broom and dustpan outside the door (meaning they told us to sweep it ourselves or something?). The receptionist didn't even inform us that breakfast was available during check-in. They just ignored us. When we asked them to press the button for our floor, they complained about us walking around so much. Does that mean if you rent a hotel room, you're only allowed to stay in your room? In short, I will not be returning.
