There was no hot water in the room for showering. The room was dirty and dusty. The only good thing was the swimming pool; the water was hot, but the hot shower didn't work.

The cleanliness is decent, and the food is delicious. It's also not too far from the Guci Pancuran tourist attraction. Unfortunately, the TV wouldn't work due to errors, so there was no entertainment except for your phone.

The staff are all friendly. The food is delicious too. The public facilities are nice and clean, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms is less than perfect.

The rooms weren't very clean, as if they weren't well maintained. What made the stay more enjoyable was the swimming pool; the water was warm and clean.

Very disappointed. We chose this hotel because we thought it would be okay if it had a Smart TV. Turns out it was a dud. The TV couldn't even manually program. So I felt it wasn't worth the price.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the price given, the only thing missing is the plug, only 1 is provided, and it's broken, and can't be used to charge a cellphone.

It's been almost 15 years since I've stayed here again... when I was in high school, my late mom and dad always stayed here, and now I have a reason to invite you here..🥰😍 The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, but because it's the rainy season or something, there are no cockroaches... huhu with small animals, I don't know what kind of cockroach/ant offspring...😔😔 For me who is tickled by cockroaches, so what is that... but the place is so peaceful, comfortable... clean, only there are cockroaches..😅🤭 Anyway, all the staff are good, very friendly...🥰😍 I borrowed a broom & said there were cockroaches, they lent me a broom & Baygon to spray the cockroaches.. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, the swimming pool is also water It seems like the water is warm straight from the mountains...😍🥰Hopefully I can come here again another time, and not during the rainy season so there won't be any cockroaches😁🫣🤭 🤲🏻😇🙏🏻

food is decent, hotel room is clean

Dirty room, no bidet, no water, no Air Conditioner with only window to control room temperature, small room, very need renovation, old style room and bathroom, there are spiders on the room, very disapointed, not going here anymore

There were cockroaches in the drawers of the room, the toilet flusher was so small that I had to use a bucket to flush. The food on the menu for a 3-star hotel was not worth it, the water and tea were so satisfying that I finished eating after 30 minutes without it getting cold.

The hotel service was good and very friendly. However, there was only one TV channel for entertainment. The food was delicious but lacked variety. The building probably needs some renovation.
