The staff doesn't speak Malay, but overall it's pretty good. It's just a place to rest and transit.

The location is easy to find and easy to get to. You can find everything you need nearby. Highly not recommended for solo female travelers.

The fan isn't AC, so it's hot and not cold. The electrical installations in the room and outside (especially in front of the bathroom) are extremely dangerous, with electrical cables everywhere. I don't recommend this accommodation. My last stay here, so if you do, be careful with the electricity, bro.
