Brand new rooms! Fully equipped and comfortable!

It's great, fully equipped. It even has a microwave.

The bathroom was incredibly smelly, and the location was far from the city center. There was no toilet paper or drinking water; when I asked the staff, they said the supplier wouldn't be able to deliver after the Lunar New Year holiday 😀, so guests have to bring their own? I booked two nights and asked if they wouldn't clean the room, and they said they only clean rooms for guests staying for an extended period. What exactly constitutes an extended stay, and why wouldn't a hotel clean daily? 😀 -100 points for no reason.

The bedsheets are dirty, and the duvet isn't put back inside its cover. The duvet insert is in the wardrobe, while the duvet cover is on the bed.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The only downside was that the road in front of the hotel was under construction, making it a bit noisy, dusty, and slightly difficult to arrange a taxi.

The room was clean, nice, and new. The road construction was underway when I booked it, so getting around was quite difficult. Therefore, transportation was a bit inconvenient.

The staff is enthusiastic and cute, the room is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, a bit far from the center, the entrance road is under repair, the remaining 10 VND room is not available but

Overall it's good except the location is not convenient.

The room is beautiful and new as pictured, there is food and other things in the room. However, the bed sheet still has hair from the previous guest, which makes me wonder if the bedding is changed or not :(
