Such a bad experience. There was a roach and spider in the room. The only fan in the room was broken. The hostel (because it is not a hotel) is under construction. It is dirty all around. Breakfast was awful. There was no has to cook, the lady that serves the breakfast was really not well prepared and presented. The fruit tasted like onion and the coffee was watery. The complimentary coffee they offered had dirty cups that you have to carefully check which was clean to use. We left after the first night. We could no longer stay there.

We got an upgrade on the third floor with steep steps and the entire floor was still under construction. Staff is very nice and location good.

Clean room and staff

A lot of bait and switch for this hotel and that's why I am giving it a very low score. The stock photos are of finished and decorated rooms published by Expedia bylut the one we got was not totally finished and see signs of dry mold , watermarks from floods, hole in the wall, and unfinished decor. The third floor where this bedroom was located was not fully enclosed and you can see that the walls are not fully erected. Also the breakfast is really bad and doesn't look like the stock photos. I feel like I have been duped and scammed. After we checked in about 1 hour the electricity to the hotel and half a block around it lost power.

Great location by the ferry and the market. Rooms are very spacious, grand, clean, great views of the volcano from the window. Amazing staff.

TERRIBLE !!! It was the worst hotel that I have stayed. I went with my son and my two nephews. The walls and door were dirty, the soap from the previous visitor was still there, when I opened the faucet, the top came off, the shower curtain was the plastic one that you put under the main curtain, and cheap hooks, and with mold !!!!. No A/C, and the fan was extremely noisy. My nephews room was worst, spider web behind the bed the towels were so used that they have holes, mold also in the curtains, disgusting. When we came back from a night in town, the door for the lobby was locked and nobody was at the front desk, we had to look for the keys in a box that we found at the reception area, it took us an hour to find the right one. Breakfast was included, because I wanted coffee before leaving I went to the "terrace", and when I asked for milk for my coffee, they told me that it was extra and I was going to be charged. What???? I don't recommend this hotel to anybody, don't be fooled with the pictures. Not even a nice entrance. Terrible experience.

the hotel was a huge disappointment and very unclean. to start there was hair, lint, and dirtiness all over the bed. there was a thick layer of dust, spider webs, and a dead spider in the room. all along the walls, there was dirtiness and mold. but the worst part was definitely the bathroom: moldy, rusted, and nasty. there were holes in the towels they gave us, and mildew all around the drains. This hotel showed a complete lack of cleanliness and upkeeping. When we complained about the holes in the towel, we were given new towels that were also ripped. Additionally, upon returning from the hotel at night, we were locked out of the hotel. We had to fish around the lobby to find the spare keys ourselves. NO RECEPTION and NO FOREWARNING. The staff were friendly, but the standards of hygiene and general upkeep were unacceptable. I would not recommend.

Such a sweet place right near the water in Pana. They made us feel so at home. Already talking about when we can come back & stay here!

You can't get the sheets or towels dirty because supposedly they get stained and it's a policy they never read to you.

- Room had a great view with a nice balcony. - wifi was slow - room was newly constructed and not built very well with exposed wires. - light interior door with loose door knob for main entrance door. - woken up at 8am by demolition directly down the hall. Should have been closed for construction. - super close to town and ferry - ear plugs suggested as dogs bark all night and fireworks go late.
