The hotel staff is very friendly, free and spacious parking, clean room but very unfortunate to get a smoking room, so entering the room smells of cigarettes. Overall a very pleasant staycation here with a standard price. Score 4/5

Been staying here multiple times and always satisfied, big room and AC very cold. Location near to everywhere, smart TV of course, bathtub with affordable price, and set kitchen. Deposit 100k rupiah but unfortunately they don’t provide breakfast.

The hotel's service is the best. The room has a mini kitchen, cutlery is provided, there is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, but there is no frying pan yet, maybe you can borrow it from the kitchen. If you order GoFood, there is a package that comes, and the hotel will deliver it to your room, very understanding. The AC is very cold, the water in the toilet flows very smoothly. You can request if you want to use the bath tub. The location of the hotel is strategic, it is easy to find food/drinks, there are many restaurants & cafes around the hotel. Overall the room is clean, nice. But unfortunately there is no hair dryer, and there is no shower cap in the aminitis. But I really enjoyed staying here, next time I want to come back here again🥰

In terms of service, it's really good, especially the housekeeping team. Asking for an art towel to be made, the personnel will come immediately. Thank you very much Mr. Hartono and the team. The only drawback is that when checking in, they didn't tell you anything about the facilities and so on. They immediately asked for your ID card and room access. The information said there was a bathtub, but when they went to the room, it turned out there wasn't one. I went down again to ask and they said it was according to the availability of the room. It happened that they had run out of bathtubs. There was also no telephone in the room, so it was a bit difficult to ask something. That was the only drawback, otherwise everything was okay.
