DO NOT BOOK THE DELUXE SUITE! This property has amazing potential, great location, lovely suite but there are no windows and no air con. Granted they didn't advertise aircon but I didn't expect the property to be 31degrees when outside was 24. It was so uncomfortable, even my toiletries melted. I asked for assistance as I couldn't sleep so they gave me a second fan which just blew hot air around. We couldn't use the kitchen facilities, dining or sitting area because everyone was so uncomfortable. The bathroom door doesn't close and with it being a see through sliding door then everything is exposed. It was mostly clean to be fair but the glasses in the presses were really dirty. There was a weird leaking sludge on the front steps, there were lightbulbs missing, there was boxes if rubbish left around from maintenance, we had no loo roll on arrival, there are no towel rails or toilet roll holders. The staff on the reception desk were lovely but they can't help out, one has to contact Nestor directly for assistance. They were very quick to respond but pretty useless really. I paid a lot of money for three nights and I was so disappointed, it was cruel staying there

The room was lovely and clean apart from the floors were a bit dusty. Very friendly helpful staff available 24hrs/7days a wk. Gym, games room, cinema, laundry and fantastic value for money.

We stayed at the Hill from Oct 21st to Oct 29th. We booked 2 separate studio apartments one for ourselves and the other for my mother in law. We requested for the apartments to be on the same floor at the time of booking but unfortunately this could not be accommodated.
