The room was very clean and spacious. Absolutely zero communication about check in, check out, and other general information even though I was asked to provide a phone number for someone to reach out to. Breakfast is included but portions are small if you’re looking for a big breakfast.

Very clean and close to the beach

Didn't like that the elevator closest to me was out the entire time I was there. Also whoever did the tile work in the master shower did not do a very good job. Should be angled towards the drain. Instead I was standing in an inch of water all the time, and the standing water was hard to drain, was constantly kicking water towards the drain. Because of these 2 minor maintenance issues, I couldn't give it 5 stars

Las Arenas was so beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much! Condo A310 was perfect for our family of six and the breakfast at Alquimia was delicious, fresh and the staff was super friendly.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Las Arenas and would highly recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast each morning—it was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Most importantly, the host was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always available to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, Las Arenas provided a relaxing, hotel-quality experience with the warmth of personalized hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient to move around the area. Close to the beach. Definitely away from main tourist attractions which is nice because it’s quiet.

This is a hidden gem in Cabo. There is no one there and it is a stunning property! So close to a beach and not too far from Zippers if you want to surf! The coffee shop in the bottom of the complex is delicious and the staff is amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Nice location, only down side is there we were given only one key for this room. Therefore everyone has to leave in order to not be left behind or locked in. We made it work but it was a hassle. Overall great stay, and staff.

Grounds cleaned everyday, beautiful condo. Short walk from the public beach through the Riu grounds. Understated beauty. Calm & peaceful. Was met for room keys as soon as we arrived.

The apartment was amazing. We stayed on the ground floor with direct access to the pool.

If you look for a great experience that’s your stop right here: - very clean and and very well equipped condo - easy parking in the garage - prompt communication with property manager - 10 minutes from downtown - pools and all other amenities are in excellent condition

The unit was nice and so was the pool area, however it’s not situated in the best area and you have to drive everywhere… just something to consider. There is a cute cafe, pharmacy and convenience store situated on the street level. Our washer and dryer didn’t initially work but the property manager was helpful and responsive to getting it fixed. The dish washer wasn’t tethered to the wall and when I was loading it, it tipped and the racks nesrly fell on me … quite dangerous.
