The only reason we booked here was because it's 99% kid-friendly: playground, children's pool, and a jumping area (on weekends). There is NO air conditioning like American hotels, but their floor fan helps. Their buffet on weekends is incredibly awesome. We would definitely come back.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. A 10-15 minutes walking time to cholulas main plaza, and pyramid.

The lady in the afternoon was so polite as all the people working there Good location 10-15 minutes walking to the downtown.

Limpieza y amabilidad es la tónica. Habitaciones limpias. Lo único que creo se puede mejore es en invertir en televisores un poco más grandes 😁.

El hotel necesita mantenimiento, la regadera del baño estaba rota y salpicaba a todos lados, nos abrieron la habitación a media noche porque el personal de mantenimiento supuestamente quería dejar el control de la TV.

Overall it was just OK for the price, the room smelled of food from the kitchen in the mornings, we asked to be moved to a different room. Staff at front counter not very friendly, staff at restaurant very good service.

First of all I have to say that it was a very beautiful place. The lobby is kind of old school class. I did not use the amenities outside because I arrived late but I did go out there and the pool an outside area looked clean and calm. It was a bit eerie that I was checked on when I was looking out there. The room was pretty clean and had plenty of hot water to take a shower. The porter was very very nice. They allowed me to check-in late which I needed because I was coming from Mexico City and had missed my bus. But I feel like I was punished for this because they would not allow me to order food. I called down to ask if I should meet food delivery outside, in the lobby or at my room and they said it was too late for me to get food. I'm an adult and I was paying for my room and there was someone at the desk all night and the fact that they wouldn't let me get food upset me especially since I was already stressed from my day in the city I and trying to get there. Both of the beds in my room were very hard and as soon as the sun came up it blazed through as if there were no curtains. So I left there hungry with no sleep and having paid for that. The primary reasons that I stay in hotel rooms were not met except for the fact that there was hot shower. If one makes the check-in on time and is a very very early riser I'm sure they would have a better time of it especially if they don't try to order food at after dinner

The hotel was clean. Food in dining room was fine. Very poor lighting in the room- they need to add some lamps.. not able to read in the evenings. We had problems getting a taxi.. and on departure, there was no taxi available.. left us stranded with no solution.. staff had no solution. They also failed to give us our wake up call..luckily we had our own alarm on our phone.. when we went to check out at 5:30 am.. there was no overnight staff..just a doorman. Wouldn’t return.

La habitación tiene ventanas con doble vidrio lo que aísla el ruido de la calle y eso en Cholula es muy bueno por la cantidad de fiestas que tienen.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, if a bit squeaky. Bedding was clean. No A/C so it was a bit warm but there was a fan. Lobby was nice and had guest bathrooms. I bit far to walk to the city core, but a quick uber ride. City bus stop right outside hotel entrance.

The beds are very uncomfortable and small and the room has a smell off old sewer. My family n I slept very uncomfortable
