The staff was doing good. But the facilities were a bit lacking, like no hair dryer in the bathroom, limited parking spots, no sofa or big chair. On that day, there was an event going on next door, and they were very loud. We couldn't sleep until they finished the event (around 1 AM). But overall, it's a good deal for the price point, and not bad for that kind of price.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price, and I would say it is worth staying here. However, I believe the check-in experience could be improved. As a first-time guest, I expected to be assigned one of the better available rooms to create a positive first impression. Unfortunately, I was initially given a room without a window, even though rooms with windows were still available. The room felt less comfortable, and I had to request a room change myself. I was quite surprised that this was the first room assigned to me, as it made my initial impression of the hotel less enjoyable. I hope the hotel can improve its strategy for welcoming first-time guests and creating a stronger first impression. A better room assignment from the beginning would make guests feel more valued and would likely result in even more positive reviews in the future.

Overall, it's good, but the Hollywood room type no longer has a sofa, just a single chair. The hot water in the bathroom isn't hot.

The hotel staff and security were friendly, and this was our second stay. Since 2026, it's been our go-to hotel every time we visit Bandung.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, new building, TV can watch YouTube, Netflix, near the Pasir Koja toll gate, near many ATMs, near the mall, lots of food, only there is no trolley for suitcases but they still help carry things to the room, love coming back here, waiting for the restaurant building so I can try the breakfast, thanks Sis

The hotel is very new, very nice, lots of glass, and the price is cheap. 🫰🏻 It's a shame there's no restaurant yet. But overall, it's very good.
