Kind staff. Nice pub with a skittles alley. Clean, neat bedrooms

Staff were very friendly. Head of house gave us a fabulous Welcome. The accommodation and eating area was spotless, which is very surprising for a dog friendly Inn. Sports bar was a lovely addition to entertain us, on our one night stay.

I had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach Inn while passing through. The facilities at the inn are great and I would thoroughly recommend it. One comment for consideration the bedroom window was screwed shut in my room no 9, the room gets full sun making it hot with no air so it would be a major benefit to be able to open it for some fresh air, my suggestion would be to fit some stops instead of it being screwed shut so it could open say 8" or so. Sought Molton has is full of character and well worth a walk around too.

This hotel is a scam. Had a family room booked for me and my colleague was told only one person ca stay in it and made to pay for another room. Steak clear of this place

Good helpful staff. Very friendly and willing to make our stay comfortable. Overall cleanliness good, furniture however rather outdated and rickety and sadly beds were not comfortable. As the inn was on the main road it was extremely noisy especially when the boy racers sped past. Good for a stop over for one night but I wouldn't stay for longer. Meals were on the expensive side but very nice.

Very clean and comfortable room. I think the bathroom had recently been renovated as it was immaculate. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee in the room. Great location. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Room could have been cleaner dust/dirt/cobwebs spotted in corners. Check in could be improved... A sign or signs would help, I was left hanging around the bar to ask about c/in the bar staff then pointed me to someone who was busy taking a long food order, they then eventually directed me to someone else who then said they were busy and I would need to wait for them... I found this irritating and poor customer service... I understand that they were busy but so was I... On leaving I had to guess what to do with the room key but luckily found a key safe... I can't comment on food as it was a room only option. Car parking wasn't straightforward and again signage or guidance from the staff would be helpful.
