The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

Extremely clean room amazing value for price , I was super impressed

Fairly clean but some problems.

I did not see any staff as it was all automatic when checking in which I thought was a very good idea and saved queues.

The pillow was too soft. I had to put my jacket and jumper under it. The shower head had nowhere to hang it up.
