The hotel completely failed to honor my Expedia booking and denied providing a room upon arrival. I was left stranded late at night and had to arrange an alternate stay at a significantly higher price. This was an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. Overall, very poor service and a disappointing experience with the Expedia India hotel booking platform. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through it.
