The room quality was poor. The hot water supply was not fixed immediately, forcing guests to use an electric kettle for showering.

The staff were enthusiastic and helpful in changing my room.

The room smelled musty, and reading one-star reviews on Google made me even more worried. The hotel had a huge number of cockroaches and rats, the swimming pool had dirty water, and the gym had old and broken exercise machines. The bathrobes were incredibly dirty, and I don't understand why they were still hanging them up for guests to use. After dinner, there were cockroaches everywhere, some mother cockroaches crawling all over the house. Even the coffee cups had cockroach legs in them! I didn't dare eat the breakfast buffet.
