My Points

Air conditioning was not cool. It was noisy outside during nighttime because it's near a pub.

My room ceiling has lots of water marks, the bathroom needs renovation, and the air conditioner is noisy if the fan is set lower.

Room clean, rate good, location is well, around hotel good.
