There is no water, it can be arranged.

The hotel staff was very helpful, and we asked them to carry our suitcases to the third floor. The room was spacious, and the hotel was surrounded by many affordable and delicious food stalls and restaurants. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived late at night.

Dirty, rusty bathrooms, stuffy rooms, unfriendly staff who offered no solutions to existing problems. This is the last time I've stayed here.

The hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The bathroom was dirty, the room was dirty. There was no elevator on the third floor. Enough of staying here.

For me, it's only when I find a staycation with check-in at 2:00 PM WIB. I found out it was already 4:00 PM. The email I received said check-in was at 2:00 PM, and no check-in after that. I tried to call, but the number didn't work. I ended up looking for another hotel. I thought, like other hotels, they were allowed to check in after 2:00 PM at any time. We've already paid, so it's our right.
