The villa is beautiful, with complete amenities. Everything is provided, including cutlery, water bottles, and the rooms are spacious enough. It's suitable for families. However, noise is not allowed here; they say it's disturbing. Guests are also allowed until midnight, as the area is close to local homes. Breakfast isn't provided, but don't worry, there are plenty of cafes in front and beside the property.

The villa is really nice, with large rooms. Maybe because it's new, all the furniture is still in good condition. Hopefully, it's well-maintained. Calathea has two bedrooms, with a kitchen in the middle. The small pool is perfect for kids to play in. It's very close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the Hompimplay children's attraction, which is within walking distance. The only downside is that I often wake up at night because the rooms aren't soundproof, and the location is in a residential area, so the sound of passing motorbikes disturbs my sleep. Also, the villa guard plays really loud music at night.

The villa is the best 👍 Next time I can come here again with the kids.. It's a shame I only got 1 day, even though I wanted to be there for 2 days.
