The room offered good space and bed comfort; however, we had a serious issue with bed bugs. We were bitten repeatedly over two nights, which greatly detracted from our experience.

Very nice & peaceful ambience… swimming pool, game room & buffet breakfast not crowded although there were many check in guest. All were exceptional except the room bath towel were stained, smelly & not absorbent.

Wonderful stay. The breakfast team is wonderful with good service and putting heart to serve.

Nice and cozy place for a relaxing and quiet holiday. Highly recommended for those who need a relaxing break.

Best place to stay in penang!

All I can say of the resort is, awesome! We have a pleasant stay here. Will definitely come back again if we travel to Penang.

Everything in the hotel was good, however, our room light was not functioning, the shower head was spoiled, and the air conditioning was not cooling. Overall, the environment was fantastic and worth the stay.

We had a good 2 nights stay at the Lone Pine. The Deluxe Suite is a bit dated, but we love the boutique hotel vibes and privacy. We had dinner at the Bungalow, the food was ok, nothing to spectacular. Staff attention was good. Breakfast buffet choices were limited but satisfactory. Lots of activities are available around the hotel if you are adventurous. We had massages at the beach.

Very bad service! Reception service is very bad. I had to wait more than an hour just for you to confirm my booking. I had to call the agent to confirm the booking. The reception did not help at all!

Hotel yang sangat cantik, lain daripada yang lain.

The room and environment is superb except it is located beside a mosque. You will be waken up by a noisy praying session with loud speaker at 6am.

Disappointed for something Hotel seem like under renovate not clean enough actually.

Awesome…wow pool and view from room

Perfect location with calming sea view. Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows that forced me to look out for the brand. Towels smell fresh and staff are polite and helpful. AC and water pressure were more than sufficient. They use smart TV with good selection of movies in case you decided to stay in room. Breakfast is limited but taste is above average. In terms of room cleanliness, there's a need for improvement. Balcony area was neglected by housekeeper. I saw at least 2 lizard dropping on the chair and bathtub. A bit dusty around the corner too. Regardless I will come again for the perfect view this place has to offer.
