Awesome - Samudera Indonesia, the place is spacious and can accommodate about 12 people. There were 8 adults and 5 children there.

The hotel staff is friendly, but there are some facilities that really need to be replaced.

The check-in and check-out process is easy, no deposit is required. This hotel is old, needs a little improvement, I stayed in room SP10, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, only 1 flush closet is working, I should have asked to move rooms. The door lock is still manual, not a card that just taps. The beds are single in all 3 rooms. In the mini kitchen there is only a 2-burner stove, 2 large pots, 1 frying pan, several plates, spoons, forks, glasses, a 1-door refrigerator, a dispenser, a mortar, but no knife, rice cooker, electric kettle and microwave, there is no cooker hood to extract the stove smoke, the facilities are still very old-fashioned. Oh yes, there are many trash cans but no plastic ones are provided. The swimming pool is also dirty, from the photos it looks nice and attractive but in reality the pool is small. Breakfast is also said to be a mediocre menu, the variety is limited and the taste is lacking. If the location is quite good, there is a private beach. But at the entrance it was a bit confusing because it is right next to the public beach, there is only a small partition. I once entered the wrong place. In the future, please improve the toilets... and the taste of the food too🤗

Second time to Jayakarta. Almost everything was fine. It just seemed like there weren't enough mats, considering the kids would get wet after going to the pool or the beach, so more would be needed.

Cleanliness is lacking and needs to be improved. There's a problem with the staff; the receptionist's response time is a bit slow.

Good service, clean villa, only the bed in the room was dirty and dusty with lots of mosquitoes and the bathroom faucet was leaking, the towels were clean, breakfast was not very tasty and the food ran out even though it was still 7.30 on the first day and the second day was the same...

The room was nice and clean. There was a bit of a problem with the room key, as the door was hard to lock. The food was good. The beach was quite crowded with various vendors, making it a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice and clean, the food is all delicious, but when I stayed, the Wi-Fi was very slow and there was almost no Wi-Fi.

The place is clean, easy to access, and close to the beach, only the bathrooms are all upstairs so it's a bit of a hassle if you get wet from the beach.

The room facilities are quite complete, everything works well, except the TV which often loses signal, chosen because it has a bathtub but unfortunately there is no hairdryer, can't swim in the pool because the pool is small, can't relax in front of the hotel and there is no place to sit in the garden, there are only a few seats, so you can't sit and see the beach view, the beach is also not private apparently, mixed with other beach tourists so it's not free to swim/take photos because it's too crowded with beach tourists, 7/10, because the room is quite comfortable.

Pluses: Spacious room. Spacious and clean bathroom. The AC was turned on before guests arrived, so the room was already cool when they entered. Minuses: The cigarette smell in the room was very strong and persistent. The pillows were too hard, uncomfortable. The ceiling needs refurbishing. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned more to make it more comfortable for guests to swim. The front window curtains didn't close completely, leaving gaps for people to see outside.
