Starting from check-in, I was very satisfied until I entered the room, it was amazing, it really matched what I read in the review, I was only in transit for a day but it was a shame to leave because I could rest comfortably with my family. There were 8 of us, it was perfect with the facilities, there were 3 rooms and all the facilities in the room were functioning well👍👍👍 very complete, even the eating and cooking equipment .... Highly recommended for families with many members. Thank you very much to the receptionist and the part that prepared the room, I will come back to this place if I visit or transit in this city.👍 (Room 3 - Bathroom 2)

I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍

It’s also easy to book any ride-hailing app as the hotel is located in a well-known area, making travel around the city smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for travellers who spend most of their time out exploring, providing just what’s needed for a comfortable shower and a good rest. Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Their warm service adds a welcoming touch and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.

Planet Holiday Hotel & Residence

The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located close to the city center, the rooms and hotel area are clean, the view from the window is very nice because it can see the atmosphere of Batam city, the food is varied and very tasty, the service in the restaurant is also very friendly. First to be a little unsure, once checking in the room wow the room is big, the bed is also big, the room and toilet are also clean. The service is also okay. For the food, it is very delicious and very solid. Next time to Batam you will not hesitate to stay at this hotel.
