Lakeshore Hotel Tainan
Welcome: When the car arrived at the entrance of the lobby, the baggage attendant didn't come out to welcome the guests, perhaps because it was too hot, and waited for the driver to take the luggage off the car and bring it to me before coming out to welcome the guests.
Counter: There were six people working at the counter, but only three of them were actually handling the guests, leaving the guests to wait over there.
Room: The hotel has a good standard of registration, wallpaper ..... The hotel's staff is not even close to the standard. ？？？？
Other: the amount of money is not at all up to that quality of service, to be improved!

City Place Hotel
Very capable, professional and friendly front office staff for day and night. They helped me to locate a suitable hospital around 10.30pm and called the taxi too. I was very grateful for their efficiency and care. They also have very helpful cleaning staff. I asked for a quiet room and far from the lift lobby and I was assigned one. Thank you! The only thing is that the Aircon outlet pointed towards my head so I had to switch it off when going to sleep. Other than that, I was very glad that I stayed in City Place hotel.

This hotel has a very spacious room with sofa. My family and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. The location is pretty convenient too.

Zenda Suites
Zenda suites is much more than I expected. The room is so big and convenience. The location is very strategies with stores all around the corner. The amenities is satisfying. I recommend you to stay at this hotel whenever you come to Tainan.
