Hotel is alright, great location, and also cheap, wasn't expecting much. The water boiler has some issues, that 's it really.

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

Nice place to enjoy when visit wonderfyl Batam, its closed to the downtown and nearby has lots shopping mall, food court and many restaurants selling local food, I really expecting to come back again.

The towels are going to grey colour instead of white. TV channels are still blurry need to change to digital TV. The breakfast nasi goreng too much garlic used. Egg station no staff around.

Check in requires deposit. Limited carpark space. Small Room was not ventilated properly. Hotel corridor has some weird mouldy smell. Room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to face the noise at night as there was a night lounge at the rooftop. Loud music live band till 4-5am. Hotel good for youngsters not recommended for family with children or grandparents.
