very good and friendly service... twice a year during school holidays it is our mandatory agenda to stay here for days. when there was a problem with the toilet door, it was immediately repaired at that time. the best in terms of service, cleanliness and friendliness.❤️❤️❤️

POP! Hotel Kemang

The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to travel, passed by public transportation, and many places to eat around, from cheap to expensive, the hotel staff are very helpful, when checking in was assisted by mas Andhika, explained in detail about the room I took, very informative, and fun, and mas Andhika also offered to borrow a charger, because I happened not to bring a charger, it was very useful. GRAND KASIRA KEMANG RAYA ANTASARI

The hotel staff (parking attendants, receptionists, and room service) were always polite, informative, and smiling. The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. The restaurant menu was quite varied and had many choices, with delicious food and generous portions.

grandkemang Hotel

It was a pleasant stay. When we asked to store our luggage because it wasn't check-in time, the front desk staff was accommodating and helpful. When we asked for a room change, the staff responded promptly. Definitely recommend, as it's close to a variety of restaurants nearby.

Tendean Residences

The umpteenth time is here. The room is spacious and clean. The room facilities are okay, there is a fridge and water heater, so it's easy to make coffee or tea. Very recommended.
