It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

Spending my 2nd birthday staycation at Sutasoma Hotel was a great choiceπ₯³π. Everything inside the hotel is exactly like what they've advertised. And I think it's even better! Top notch services with friendly staffs. Literally only 2 mins from MRT blok a station, with many restaurant & cafe around. Nice touch of modern Javanese interior design. Fast WiFi for work & streaming, I was even able to upgrade my 2 gadgets OS at the same time. The best part isβ¦ their bedroom! Once you lied down, you would've wished to stay there forever ππ€£. For me Sutasoma Hotel is definitely one of the best 4 stars hotel in Jakarta. I really wish to go back there sooner but it's often fullbooked now. No wonder why yaπ

I have stayed in Urooms three times. Easy access, easy check-in, easy to get transportation, foods, minimarket and closer to Blok M area (Area big shopping mall). Room was clean. Minimalist design. Just, sometimes in public area (dining room) so noisy. People can't keep silent, so a bit annoying to another guest. For all is good

Stayed here for 1 night in room # 522 on 13th-14th of January. It was an unforgettable experience for me & my husband! My cousin had her wedding night next to this Hotel in Tribrata (a walking distance from the Hotel) which made me book this Hotel. The room is not too spacious however it was very clean and smells so good. We received baby-moon complimentary services which have made me and my husband so happy π₯° π«Άπ»β¨ the front desk staff was very helpful as well as the bellboy (Mas Rossi). The food was our favorite thing! Had some of Tribrata 's food during the wedding night and the next morning, we had breakfast at the Atman Lounge and surprisingly the food quality was superb and super delicious. We had a lot of options ππ» stayed for 2 hours just for our breakfast, MasyaAllah. Thank you for the Front Office & Housekeeping team that has decorated our room beautifully. We are very sure we're going to be back before our baby labour. PS; We're in love with Kue Lapis evening snacks and Keripik Nangka π. And the Mashed Potatoes on breakfast was AMAZING β would love to be back just to have breakfast again at Atman Lounge.

I donβt comfortable with terrible stuff pls do not stay in this bad hotel. I got bad trip and unhappy vacation. Stuff nya gak punya sopan santun gak ramah.

A very comfortable hotel for business meetings or staycations for families, even though the rooms are old, the interior & ambiance is very unique and homely. The national food is very delicious and the service is friendly, especially the waitress named Angela who is very helpful. There is one thing that is unique and very comfortable, namely the indoor swimming pool.
