Alana Villa bersih, bagus, hommy banget. Saya menginap selama 4 hari, mbak Lili menengok dan membawakan makanan sebanyak dua kali. Serasa menginap di rumah teman sendiri. Rumahnya pun bersih banget. Di hari kedua, ada orang yang membersihkan rumah. Padahal biasanya kalau saya menginap di villa seperti ini, tidak ada tukang bebersih. Di belakangnya ada taman kecil, bisa buat jemur pakaian dan juga mencuci piring. Peralatan dapur lengkap untuk masak simple. Saya nyaman sekali nginep di sini, dengan harga segini, sungguh di luar ekspetasi. Kualitas villa dan pelayanannya jauh di atas rata-rata. Terima kasih Alana Villa.

Great and Unique Room, best fit for young Families who likes traveling and new experience, near city center and local food culinary place. Roof top view are amazing. Highly recommended. Attention, not suitable for oldies, all room are in 3rd floor by stairs, no elevator.

This was my first experience in Garut, I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and wifi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

The bedroom and bathroom are dirty, smelly, stuffy, and so hot because the AC is not working properly. The bed and blanket are also dirty. The toilet seat is uncomfortable because it wobbles. There is no TV remote. We don't get a cell phone signal. The environment in the hotel is bad and dirty. The hotel building also looks damaged.

Hotel Tiara Rex
Old hotel with old ac but ac is cold enough. Deluxe room is spacious but the furniture are old and updated. Bed not comfortable and I feel itchy. Inside deluxe room have a smart TV. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast only fried rice, bihun goreng and fried egg. They serve coffee but no creamer. Opposite the hotel there is alfamart and warung steak.

Alana Family Villa Syariah
An impressive experience stayed here for a night. The staff are friendly, the house is nice and well-organized, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the hot water works well in the bathroom.
It’s away from the noise of vehicles because of its location slightly distant from the main road. There’s no AC, only a fan in every bedrooms but that’s not a problem since Garut doesn’t feel too hot.
The only minus point was the smell of gas in the TV room. Please fix the stove asap.
My suggestion is please provide a broom in every house so guests can tidy up before checking out.
I also thank you for the bread and the souvenir that you gave to me. To be honest, I wanted to book for 2 days, but I could only get one night because it was already booked by someone else. That’s how much I love this villa. I’ll definitely come back here if I visit Garut again.
